possibly tranferring

Hi guys, I am think about transferring to UA and will be coming in as a second semester sophomore or junior (depends on which of my credits transfer over). My old school didn't have Greek life but I've always wanted to rush. I know some schools have restrictions on what year you have to be to join and many don't take upperclassmen. Is this the case at UA? And if so what sororities would perhaps take an upperclassman? Thanks!
