Offically NO. They have been shut down by both their National Office and lost recognition from UA. However, there is an underground Pi Kapp (scabs) that I think is still operating or not.

Pi cap is down both national and by the university but they have an underground rush but it's pointless because if you transfer you will never be recognized as so. But d chi is still around. They still technically have their house, it's being renovated. They are said to come back on next year.

Delta Chi is NEVER returning to Arizona. Not ELIGIBLE. Try reading the Greek Judicial page. Fiji can return April 2019, but D Chi... NEVER.
Only sororities with issues are AXO and Chi O, both are under sanctions.
