What makes a sorority a “bottom house”

I just applied to go here next year. I’m confused why are sororities ranked “bottom tier” is it because they’re mean or something?

Literally dropped mine cause we got TKE wristbands. I dropped rather than be seen at that fraternity 😂😂

Honestly it's that not every member is 100 lbs and an 11/10 on the hot scale. It's ridiculous because there is something to like (and dislike) about every house. Everyone can find a good sisterhood in any house.
