DChi is out of their house by the end of this semester. It has been officially announced at all of the sororities chapter meetings and they have been warned not to go to DChi anymore..
Another frat is taking over their house next year..
Does anybody know who it is??

owns their house. There is an appeal process and there 100% is not any other frat than dchi living there next year.
