D chi is a special case. It really is. Because they're suspension was so bad that the school decided to officially expel the chapter, meaning as of the date of the expulsion delta chi fraternity will never be recognized by the university of Arizona again.

you can still be on campus if you own the house, which they do, and their nationals still recognize them as an active chapter.
