Top is probably Pi Kapp, Fiji, SAE, Pike and SX. DX might throw down hard, but that's kind of all they do now. They aren't allowed to participate in any formal events and don't really do anything.

It's probably because the school is too strict on Greek organizations. DChi is derecognized and Pi Kapp and SAE are both on some sort of double secret probation. Fiji is the only one who basically can get away with their shenanigans.

Nationals put them on probation. SAE is also on alcohol free probation.

really matter right now. Pi Kapp is currently one of the best houses, if they don't stop getting in trouble, it will effect them in rush in the future and could make them worse.

why is beta "bottom tiered"?
they have a lot of good looking guys who are a lot of fun and really chill.
at other schools the bottom tier is made of of much more awkward boys. betas aren't awkward at all.
I honestly don't see how they are better than PIKE.
PIKES aren't any hotter or "cooler" in my opinion

I have to agree, while theyre not top, they are easily much better than delt and theta chi.
