So I really like this frat and the have a really awesome house. Why are they considered a bottom house on here? The brothers are cool and I don't get it.

If you like them, join them. They are a bottom house but if that’s where you fit best join the regardless you will be happier that way

IDK Bruh, what makes a house bottom? I am trying to pick a house based on the people, not based on some rank. I seams like so many of the "cool" houses in the past get kicked off anyways. I am looking for a house that will be around for all four years.
