frat rankings 2018

Okkkk this is my list for spring 2018 rankings. These are pretty spot on, Please beta do not come yelling to be ranked higher.

(Kappa Sig) Dec. 6th is their final court date with the school, so best of luck to them. They still have their house so they’ve mananged to stay relevant. The row misses you
1. Sigma chi. With kappa sig gone, they own the row. They have some cool guys but what puts them ahead is a great house/location. Dj carnage was lit.
2. Pike. These guys are off campus but have capitalized off SAE and and kapsig getting the boot. Pretty arrogant boys but throw good parties.

Gap
3. Theta chi. These kids are the wanna be Saes, aren’t the coolest guys but with some good looking boys keep 3rd house status.

Slight gap

4. Aepi. These boys have been throwing down with good houses ksig theta chi and pike all this year. They haven’t taken the best PCs the past 2 years but still have some top house quality guys.

5. SAE. With losing their house to TDX, they have not been able to stay super relevant on campus. They still have the name, and have more relevance than houses below them for now. Miss u boys :(

HUGE GAP
6. Pi Kap. These boys have a loooot of money to spend so their set up is pretty cool. Just not the best looking house. Making moves!

8. Beta- they party in an attic. Enough said. They also throw joint parties with ka...
9. ZBT- super hot guys, should be top house soon!

The rest of the houses aren’t worth your time. Honestly only the first 4-5 houses I mentioned are a good time. Cheers!
