sorority dues & housing

What's the chances that a freshmen would get to live in the sorority house? Also, how are dues typically paid? Do you pay it all as soon as you accept your bid or do can you space the payments out?

Freshman typical never live in their first year. Dues are paid in full or payment of the sorority gives the option

Payment plans depend on the sorority. Each one has different policies.

You won't get to live in the house first semester. You may get to live in second semester if a spot opens up. But generally, only sophomores and juniors live in.
