how important is social media to sororities? should i go off private on my accounts during rush? and does it matter if i don't have over a thousand followers? i only let people i know follow me and keep my stuff private so i'm not one of those instagram models with 10k followers.

I think social media has changed since I went through recruitment but when I went through recruitment I only had probably around 700ish followers and I got called back to every house and ended up in what you may consider a "top house". I don't think they will look at how many followers you have but the content you post and how you represent yourself. Same with vsco, if you have alch pics or stoner pics they will take note of it.

It only makes a difference if your profile is public and the content is questionable. Keep it tasteful and classy and you'll be fine.
