gpa for rush?

I got an email saying "Men’s GPA will be verified using the Core GPA from grades 9-11. Only the Core GPA in grades 12, men may submit updates directly to the University of Arizona Office of Admissions utilizes." From grades 9-11 I had a 2.76 gpa and now with 12th I have a 2.6 is there gonna be a problem with me rushing im not sure which gpa its going by

Um. Either way you're probably going to be screwed so there's not much of a point in worrying about which one they're using.

You should be fine, your grades 9-11 Core GPA only needs to be 2.75 and they don't look at your senior year grades unless you send them in.

But wtf, your grades are lousy and you are just a hair over the bare minimum. Get it together, you aren't in high school any longer and classes won't get any easier.

Unless you can mitigate the poor academics and are strong in other areas you may want to hold off until spring to get your grades in order before rushing. Otherwise you are asking the fraternities to take an academic risk on you, and are at a big disadvantage.
