what makes a top pnm?

Do grades weigh heavily? Or will having right at a 3.0 get you a top house?

All top houses will drop you if you don't at least have a 3.0

A top PNM will have at least a 3.0. She will be gorgeous (not just cute), personable, well dressed, and have a stellar resume.

If you don't have all of that, expect to be dropped from the top houses.
