how to improve as a lower or middle tier fraternit

What are some things that middle tier houses could do to improve? (Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, theta xi, beta,zbt,sammy,etc.)

don't be creepy af when girls come to your house. during sylly week and first semester in general most freshmen girls try out all the houses to find out which ones are the most fun and if they have creepy or weird experiences they're not gonna wanna go back whereas if they have fun they'll probably go back regardless of a bottom ranking. stop focusing so much on rank, girls care more about whether they have a good time and like the guys than anything rank related
