rush for oos girls

My little sister will be attending University of Arizona next fall and since I pledged a sorority at my college & she saw how fun it is, she plans to do the same at arizona.
Now I'm not sure how Arizona is, but I attend an SEC school and they are big on giving bids to mainly girls from the south over girls from out of state. She has a stellar 4.0 gpa and is involved in her high school, but will being out of state keep her from getting a fair rush?

If she has a good personality and keeps an open mind she will do great. I am from out of state and didn't know a single person coming to ua and had a perfect recruitment. She'll be fine!!

I am from the east cost and had no issues. I ended up getting a bid from one of my top two houses. Tell her to keep an open mind and find the house she is most compatible with she'll fine.
