chances of bid from top houses rushing spring?

I'm planning on transferring to UA in the spring and was wondering my chances of getting bids from top tier houses when I'm rushing in the spring and which houses do/dont do spring rush?

If all you care about is being in a top house you shouldn't be in Greek life

Spring rush is mostly for girls who have connections/friends in houses. Technically you can still sign up but "top tier" houses that you apparently want don't like to give bids to randos for COB. If you're transferring spring semester I would recommend just waiting for formal recruitment in the fall. You'll have more options.
