Is it weird/too much if i get like 4 recs for one house? or should i just get one or two

you don't want to look like you're trying to much, I would say 3 at the most if you are a legacy other than that 1 or 2 would be enough.

some of my friends during rush were legacies and also had like 10+ letters of rec and still got dropped from their top houses. a letter of rec will at best get you to set 2, then it's all you.
