realistic up and coming/going down for frats

Pike (Staying top)- what can i say? we all love pike
Ksig (Staying top)- in a ton of trouble now but probably have a strong enough rep to stay top. had the best social scene all year
SAE (Not changing)- overly exclusive but has a name that's not going anywhere. nationally a top name everywhere
Sig Chi (Not changing)- most lowkey of the top houses. chill good looking guys and derby days
AEPi (Going down)- these guys are a little extra for most of us. fun but their scene is skeptical
ASig/Beta (Going up)- guys are really chill and down to earth. basically just fun to be around and people appreciate that
KA (Not changing)- seem to be doing fine but don't hear much anymore. good frat most places
Sig Ep (Going down)- overly specific group of guys and in trouble. good alumni and huge nationally though so who knows
ZBT (On the rise more than anyone)- nice house and a lot of new guys. no doubt they will have a strong recruitment game this upcoming fall
Phi Delt (Possibly up)- heard their name this semester and they have the teener next year. big nationally which could help
Sammy (Going down)- have done literally nothing with their new house (RIP Delt)
Zeta Psi (Going down)- no real representation on campus and tri delt spring fling
No idea about anyone else??
