Sig Ep are the guys known on the row who do it all. They are the smartest frat with the highest GPA, socially they are one of it not the best with throwing great parties and are athletic and good looking. They won football and soccer intramurals last year. The only bad thing is their recruiting is extremely selective and they won’t even consider you if you don’t have atleast a 3.0 GPA.

Great men in this fraternity! Easily a top 2 house right with sigma chi. Parties are always fun to goto and the courtyard is always filled to capacity. Physical house is the best on the row.

Honest review - sig ep’s full of really driven individuals, some of the most driven people i’ve ever been around. Their balance of school and social life is truly amazing. They throw good parties typically and their big events are second to none. They might not be the #1 house in terms of parties, but they’re probably top 3. And the fact that they are genuinely kind, smart, motivated people makes them the best overall house imo. And yes, their physical house is unreal.

Sig Ep, unlike other houses, has a reputation for doing everything at a high level. They were the guys in highschool who were the popular 4.0 GPA Star Athletes. They are extremely smart guys with the highest GPAs amongst all frats while also having a great social life with girls and throwing insane parties. Their house is easily the nicest and one of the biggest on row which helps for filling tons of people in their courtyard. Overall insane frat at UA. Can’t wait for this upcoming year with them
