Delt's are the nicest, funnest guys I know. It's my favorite place to party, they always have good drinks and they are actually really sweet. I know they're relatively new, but they're definitely gonna be a top house soon. They have a lot of hot guys, and not just in their pc12.

These guys are try hards. They take every inter fraternity event way too seriously, they freaked out when DG choose Kappa Sig over them for Spring Fling, and they think they are the coolest house. They aren't at all. Oh yeah, and they hide all of their weirdo's during rush, so don't be surprised when the Glee club joins you after you get a bid.
