Theyre a popular only house because they have a huge courtyard, and bid 50 dudes a semester so they can have a bigger social budget. Some of em are cool, but zero sense of brotherhood and because they don't even vet thier pledge classes, you end up with a buncha weirdos. And they boutta be homeless so meh who cares.

By no means top house, but absolutely an A-Tier house. They're smart, have a huge house, and throw good parties. The guys are actually genuine and have a lot to offer for being a member, and the fact that they had the highest PNM retention rate of any house on campus during rush is evidence of that.

never seen a frat do so much self ranking. don't get me wrong, these guys throw really solid parties, but thats about it. They've bidded like 45 guys each semester for the last 3 semester so their new pledge classes are so damn weird.
