Basically only 3 top tie houses right now. ZBT prob considered at the top followed by Sig Chi then Pike. Depends who you ask but that is wide consensus for ranks.

Basically a top 3 ZBT, Sig Chi, and Pike.

ZBT- Prob easily at the top right now. Comprises of mostly New York rich kids. Has exclusive aspect to them. Had a really strong rush class in the winter. Good bar nights. Good sorority relations with top sororitys. Mostly associated with Tri Delt and Theta this year.

Sig Chi- A top house trailing right behind ZBT. Recruited really well in the winter. Has good bar nights and parties. Really nice guys. Mostly associated with A Phi

Pike- Behind ZBT and Sig Chi. Used to be the top house but still in the top tier after small and mediocre winter class and losing kids to ZBT. Still carry some clout because of name and parties. Mostly associated with Theta
