Notes
-ZBT and Sig Chi true top both great events in the fall and great rush in winter
-Pike small PC lost most to ZBT some Sig Chi, still good PC, not that big of a fall of still a solid upper house, will bounce back
- Phi Psi and Phi Delt same type of PCs both okay some weird still have pretty good social, AePi and Delt move to same level
- D Chi goes mid being in the quad seems to help some social movement
-bottom stays bottom all though Lambda did great

Mostly agree. But phi delt and phi psi shouldn't be tied. Upper mid should be

Phi psi should be upper with pike. And swap aepi and sig nu, then these are true

Sig chi self rank. Half their PC couldn’t get bids at any other top tier frat.

phi psi shouldn't be grouped with phi delt, they should be right under pike. also clear dx self rank, they made marginal if any improvement. it should be be phi delt/delt in upper mid, then sig nu/aepi in middle mid. then dx in lower mid by itself. they simply don't compare.

There's a couple of douches in Delt that are seniors; everyone else in it is ok though.
