They have a rep for being nice guys and easy to get along with and throw better events than delt who can barely hold their own as they attempted to social climb but failed. AePi and Sig Nu are also just not there yet.

Really doesn't matter only top tier has good social events i.e. bar nights, tailgates, mixers, darties

DU is below lambda. vast majority of guys there are still too creepy/awkward for them to be top of the bottom tier.
