embarrassed to even be on here...but one of my closest friends is in a phi and they def aren't bottom tier. Are they the biggest partiers on campus? No, but if that's what they were looking for they wouldn't have pledged there. The girls are generally cute, nice, and wouldn't plug themselves online. And when they do finally decide to go out, they still get a decent number of invites.

nice girls, all in all. some really pretty ones and some not-so-pretty, but that's pretty standard at nu. don't go out a lot but everybody still likes them, more or less.
