The fact that these guys are the "top fraternity" according to this website shows the flaws in these rankings... These guys are nowhere near the top, and should really stop caring about being a top house...

honestly all frats at NU are "middle"...so me people have rly never seen a real frat the phi psis that i know well are pretty chill, but they are some that can get really pretentious plus some good looking ones in the new PC but some are just soooo awkward

Not sure about some of the upper classmen, but lately Phi Psi has been stepping up their game. There are some stunnas in the sophomore and new freshmen class

They have been on social probation for over a year now which has definitely impacted the number of parties they throw, but the ones they do are always really fun. Their past few pledge classes are pretty attractive too.

poster below me (probably a phi delt) is completely off base. while phi psi used to be pretty bad 3-4 years ago, they've really improved things recently. while they are definitely not top 3 this year they are definitely top 5. upper middle tier fraternity with a lot of potential.
