Definitely declining after dominating for quite a bit. They don't really have an identity. They are not the classy type like Sig Chi or Phi Delt and aren't crazy partiers like Beta and Pike. Self-absorbed pledge class.

OK guys, some can be creepy. Filled with potheads. Parties are more laid back, which is not what most people look for...

Definitely one of the top frats. They throw good parties and have good looking guys. They are pretty douchey though, especially to girls, and don't have that top spot all to themselves. I feel like they're going a bit down, despite the fact lodge and sig ep got kicked off, so they got to get their act together.

Fell a lot this year because they've been on a social suspension. It's really hurt them; they manage to stay involved through registered parties, but freshman got tired of that quick. It's a shame because the guys are really chill, but this is just not a good year for them. They have a lot of work to do next year to get back to their old status.

Freshmen like them, but compared to the other top houses they aren't that great. OK guys, OK parties. Not very organized as a frat, and not that tight of a brotherhood.

Good looking guys, and they throw great parties. Have a reputation of sometimes being creepy, but they are generally classy, know how to talk to girls, and know how to show them a good time. Their nationals is very hard on them, so they do a lot of philanthropy/community involvement. Had a rough fall quarter and had to play it safe, but should be pulling harder (especially with their $$$). Very close knit group, and can be douchey at first. One thing is that they can definitely be too "bro"-ish.

Bottom tier frat, no one has heard much about them, but lots of potential. I have seen their pledge class this year, and it is looking a lot better. I know a few of them, and I know they can take Delta Chi in the right direction in terms of getting their name spread around campus, throwing more parties, etc. They are definitely chill guys and they are decently attractive (this year's pledge class anyway), and if they play their cards right they'll be up their in the next few years.
