This is the only thing at NU that resembles a state school fraternity. Although they got kicked off and "no longer exist," they still throw down the hardest and haven't lost their pull with the top sororities. The group of new friends, albeit small, are all real individuals who, from my experience, seem to be united by a much tighter bond than can be found at comparable upper-tiers (ZBT, Pike, Beta). Due to the IFC situation, however, a few good frosh bailed to accept SAE's doorstep bids.
