Perfect middle tier house. Now that they actually have a house (and a good one), they're throwing down a lot more. Their parties still aren't that great though, but that will probably improve. They're not that attractive and lack a lot of diversity,but they are nice guys who like to have fun. If they continue on this pace and get more diverse pledge classes, they might actually move into upper-middle (and with how much trouble phi delt and zbt are in, that could happen sooner rather than later)
