Theta Chi is a pretty new fraternity at UB, so far they have been on the come up. The brothers are pretty nice, they usually include you even if they barely know you. Their parties are pretty good and can last for a while. They have the highest GPA out of all the other fraternities which is pretty good. Overall they have high potential to become the best fraternity at UB.

Mainly mix with SDT, DPhieE and volleyball club. Brothers are weird and fake. Their parties always end early because a cop car is spotted outside and they get scared.

New and upcoming frat here at UB. Great group of guys, very welcoming and they obviously share a great bond as a brotherhood. The parties never let me down and the guys are always fun to be around.
