Khalil’s Terror Support Demands Life Sentence

by:

Mahmoud Khalil is not a peaceful protester. He is a man who knowingly supported Hamas, a terrorist group responsible for the mass murder of innocent civilians. He had prior knowledge of the October 7th attacks and said nothing. That makes him not just complicit, but an active threat.

After his detention—rightfully ordered by the Secretary of State based on overwhelming national security evidence—Khalil emerged not with remorse, but with lies. He claimed he was arrested for “protesting genocide,” twisting the truth to cover for terrorists and confuse the public. This wasn’t free speech. It was propaganda—meant to weaken America from within.

Khalil used his status as a legal resident to infiltrate our country, support mass murderers, and then try to rewrite the narrative to make himself a victim. His goal was to shield Hamas, destabilize our institutions, and recruit others to his cause. He is not just dangerous—he is calculating, ideological, and unrepentant.

Deportation is not justice. It is a mistake. Letting Khalil go free in another country does nothing to stop his influence. It only gives him a platform to continue spreading hate, building networks, and helping terrorists without consequence. Deportation doesn’t protect national security—it endangers it.

The only just and secure path forward is life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Not because of what Khalil believes—but because of what he has done, what he has enabled, and what he continues to try to achieve.

Freedom can’t defend itself. We must defend it.

Khalil chose to be an enemy of this country. Now the country must choose to make sure he can never harm it again.
