As a freshmen who couldn't rush (I decided not to rush my sophomore year) I thought that Kappas did a really good job of having friends outside of their sorority while still having an amazing sisterhood.

Known as the "pretty" sorority. Not sure who dubbed theta this out of all the other sororities though, because the title really only hangs off a few of the girls. Most are not so pretty on the inside, where it really matters.

Theta is more of a social club than a sisterhood. A little bird told me they make a list of all the girls they want before rush starts, and if you're not on it, you're not in. Seriously wonder how they can keep a clean conscious about that.

I heard about the list and it's super obvious who thetas want before recruitment. I've seen thetas forget who's in their "sisterhood" because they only hang out in groups and never really get to know each other. They don't seem to hang out together as a sorority; only in their already established friend groups.
