winter recruitment is stupid

I hate that we do 2 recruitments at UOttawa. We should just do fall. Winter recruitment is pointless and its always small, bad pledge classes anyways. Why did we ever do a second winter recruitment anyways? Since recruitment is like a month long too it ends up that 1/4 of the year is just recruitment.

We should just do a big fall recruitment and forget about winter.

I would never have joined my sorority if not for my winter pledge class. It's a great time to really talk to and meet different people from sororities. It's nice to go to events when all of frosh/welcome week, etc. is happening.
