Does omega theta alpha even count as a real frat?

Considering the number of frats is way outnumbered by sororities, it's probably better if they do

Didn't they break off from a different frat? or get kicked off of IFC? i remember reading that somewhere...

The founding members of Omega were Delts (Delta Tau Delta). I was told in the past that their HQ didn't really know how to handle dues and insurance across the border and pulled all their Canadian chapters. Those guys obviously still wanted to be a fraternity, so they founded Omega. I've met a few of their founders and TBH, they've always been a nerdy bunch, even as Delts. -shrugs-
