international sororities

Are there only two sororities that are nationally/internationally recognized?
And are there any sororities that you'd recommend not rushing?

Delta Delta Delta and Alpha Phi are the only international sororities on campus, fortunately they are very different so if you're only interested in international sororities you will likely find a home with one of the two! I would honestly not recommend rushing a sorority that was founded in the 2000s as all of them were founded due to being let go from other houses.
