Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Ottawa - UOTTAWA 1.2 Their house is a joke. They bail on mixers. Their sense of humor is... Weird. And their newer classes suck. They've gone extremely down hill in the last year and their future is frail at best due to the newer guys which dont seem to share that much brotherhood either. I hope eventually they turn around
