even the mid tiers are at 5k PER SEMESTER.....aggie frats are amatuers....they are def cheaper.

spirit groups are cheaper but you won't be considered for the top spirit groups like Cowboys/Silver Spurs if you aren't in a good frat.

there's a bunch of guys from spikes and tejas in cowboys/spurs. Plus they take independent/non affiliated guys as well

Delta Chi, Delta Sigma Phi or Pi Kappa Phi are all decent frats with their own houses that aren't as much as the more desireable chapters.
