rushing after being "cut"

Can you rush a house again after being cut from them before? The only reason I didn't make it was because I couldn't show up to their summer events so they stopped texting me towards the end of the summer. This is for sae and sigep if that helps any

I am class 2020 so can't answer your question. Wish I could help you out. If I may ask you one, though. Were the summer events in your home town (or close) or were they in Austin? I am looking to rush but don't have the necessary connections so I need to start networking. I am looking for all the guidance I can get.
