So I got a bid from ato and they seem like chill dudes but everyone says they're going down. Also apparently their pledgeship is the worst thing on campus. Just want to get some real info before I sign. Thanks.

Avoid them. Not worth pledge ship. They are falling fast

There are better mid tier fraternities (Delt, SigmaChi, Pike, Phi Psi, Sammy).

Wouldn't say they are falling, would say they're just staying the same each year while other fraternities are building new houses. Sign with where you're comfortable at, pledgeship will be time consuming no matter where you sign.
