It could mean anything, it could mean nothing! Every chapter does Facebook differently. Because Panhellenic has silence starting in May, a lot of chapters wont be friending girls they are interested in because they could potentially get caught. OR your profile could already have super lax public viewing settings and rush team can see everything they need to just by looking.
Don't stress out about it, because like a lot of things with rush, could mean nothing, could mean anything.
