since when is ato considered to be so bad

They have really dropped since 2011. There current pledge classes are less than 30 kids and most are minorities. Phi Psi is going to be taking a lot of the kids who would go ATO normally so they are close to irrelevance in the next year or so.

actually only a few are minorities, and their pledge class is 35 and will go up more and their parties are always great
