transferring

If I am transferring to UT will I stay in my same fraternity? Or do i need to repeat rush and pledgeship?

of the fraternity you joined no matter what. Generally you keep whatever specific chapter designation you were and become an affiliate member of the chapter at the new school if the brothers there let you affiliate. Your not allowed to join any other IFC/NIC chapters when you transfer. You might get away with it, but probably not. It's against the commitments you made to whatever chapter when you went through initiation, and it also shows that you don't understand the commitment you made.
