I might transfer to UT next year, what kind of KD chapter does UT have? Details please

They're a good chapter. I am not a KD, but have a few friends who are. Not one of the top chapters at UT but solidly in the middle. The girls I know are really great and they really like it.

They're respectable. Not great but definitely not bad. I know a couple of KDs in my business classes who I really like. They're nice and well put-together (and one is crazy smart). And then there's this one I met... KD should not let her wear their letters. She was MEAN. And I know every chapter has them, but still...

They're at the top of the bottom tier so it may be a rude awakening if you're coming from a better chapter.
