The reason houses have COBs is because there were internal drops. Why are you wanting to accepting a bid from a house that had 10 COB spring semester? That's a house that had significant amount of drops = internal complaints, problems with the sisterhood, bad status, etc
Houses with ZERO Spring COB - Aphi, Kappa, ChiO, TriDelt, Phi, Zeta
Houses with COB - AXO (10), DG (7), ADPi, Pi Phi (1), ADPi, Theta, AXD, KD

There are so many factors as to why houses have girls leave. Personal situations, financial changes, wanting to transfer schools, and yes, deciding sorority life isn’t their thing. To claim everyone who leaves is dissatisfied with their house is comical. You’re grasping at straws trying to make your house sound superior.

Members do graduate in December so sororities fill the spots up to whatever Chapter Total is set at. And every single house does have members drop every single year, for all kinds of reasons. COB doesn't signal anything wrong with a chapter. Every sorority member knows this. Posting this lie begs the question "why would anyone want a bid from a house with members that are this insecure?"
