Can someone explain the different house in Hardin?

I was looking on the Hardin house website and I saw that there’s multiple house? Does anyone know anything abt the different ones

Green, red house, main all awesome

annex is tougher - harder time for them to mix in because doors always closed and gives more of a “mean girl” vibe but maybe that’s just this year?

The make up of any one section of Hardin changes yearly- just hope you have a good mix of girls in different houses so way more connections and opportunities
