Should my chapter make the pledges wear suits?

We’ve been talking about making the pledges wear full suits, white shirts, and ties every day as part of professional development in the fall. What do you think?

I’m a transfer but my ex-boyfriend at my old school had to do this and he looked so cute. I even made a tik tok showing him in all his different outfits. I would iron his shirts and shine his dress shoes so he always looked his best. He still hated it though lol

It really was. Typically he dressed super casually in t-shirts and basketball shorts, so it was a nice change seeing him in suits and ties.
