Everyone keeps saying theta isn’t top three anymore but realistically WHO is picking being in zeta or chi o over theta it’s just a fact theta will always have its status. People just hate the top houses!

To your point of people hating on “top houses“…
Nobody hating on pi phi or kappa or disputing their position. And they are top 1 & 2.

Theta is dead for now but they can recover. Just not for 2024.

I chose Chi O over Theta. Don't know why that would be such a shock. Theta was fine but I just felt more at home with Chi O. It happens more than you think.

This entire post by OP is reason why people choose Chi O and Zeta over being a Theta-
We don’t have to throw shade and put others down to make ourselves feel good - we are actually happy and don’t have to fake anything unlike your insecure house

Nobody chooses zeta or theta. They may chose chio over theta though. There just really aren’t very many private school rich girls in zeta, which isn’t a bad thing at all but just true
