What Separates Top Tier frat from others

Serious question. What puts say Fiji or SAE in an objective tier over something like Sig Ep or maybe KA.

Fax. Tbh in my opinion the guys aren’t even like really diff besides Fiji they suck. The rest are the same.

Nothing substantive or objective separates these fraternities from one another, just the illusion of exclusivity, which the UT caste system participants eat up like hogs at the trough.

FIJI and SAE do more activities with Pi Phi, Kappa and Zetas - that's the biggest difference is who the frats can pull to their events and pulling the hottest girls always wins
