I'd say most everyone would agree with this. I certainly do. Ksig and Delt should be a bit higher than Machi and PhiPsi though.

sammy up to machi/phi psi. ksig and delt up with delt in front of ksig

pike where it is but could honestly jump phi psi and sammy if they have a good rush with their house and can up their sorority relations. time will tell

Idk about delt and Ksig being in a tier of their own when they bid first event lol, also KA is miles beyond KSig

yes but honestly i'd move machi down. they pretty much only did joint events this past year and they still have no house
