No one respects this, no one. All you wannabes will get it JR year. Ask any hiring manager at google, Alphabet, or engineering firm in Austin.

The houses that "showcase" their diversity on IG are the ones that are most concerned about their lack of diversity and inclusion. They recognize their reputation as being non-inclusive and tokenize certain members to make their chapter seem more inclusive than it actually is......
