new phi psi house

Enough alumni $$$. Every just remeber their fiasco several years back when they
Had drawn up the mot ridiculous behemoth house that never materialized and usd it as a way to trick guys into pledging by promising a house that never materialized. All talkAand no action. They're just not that wealthy.

The new house is going to be at 23rd and Nueces. It's supposed to be done Fall 2015, but that's an optimistic estimate. We have one alumni who's funding the entire thing and he's already purchased the lot. He's also the guy that paid for all the rennovations to our current house. And the current house was the SDT house, not Gamma Phi Beta.

this has happened before. A Phi Psi alum was funding a new house for them, bulldozed their house, and then didn't build a new one.
